Raggedy Ann & the Camel
with the Wrinkly Knees – April 4, 2008
Johnny Gruelle’s classic storybook characters
come to life in this adventure tale of Raggedy
Ann’s trip to Looney Land. Along the way to
rescue Babbette, the French doll who has been
doll-knapped, she helps a camel who has wrinkly
knees with his problem. Together with Raggedy
Andy, the three of them save Babbette and thwart
the plans of the silly King of the Loonies!

Carlo Collodi’s beloved puppet character comes
to life in the classic telling of Pinocchio,
created by Geppetto the wood carver, who longs
to be a real boy. Together with Creeko the
cricket and the Blue Fairy, Pinocchio has many
adventures even ending up being swallowed by a
whale! Join us as Pinocchio learns many of
life’s lessons the hard way. Marionettes and
script by Lewis Mahlmann.
The Adventures of Peer
Gynt – July 11, 2008
This is Ibsen’s Norwegian Tale of Peer Gynt, who
has many mishaps with trolls as he learns to be
a good person. Told with the classical music of
Edvard Grieg, Peer falls in love with his
childhood friend Solveig, and stops the evil
trolls from turning his friends into more
trolls. A tale of a young boy’s love of
adventure. Script and puppets by Lewis Mahlmann.
Trickster Tales –
September 3, 2008
A blending of the fairy tales “Stone Soup” &
“The Three Wishes,” this is the story of Hans
and Elisa and their quest to be married. Trouble
follows until Hans is given three wishes for
saving a wizard in trouble. Then the fun really

Coppelia, the Doll with
the Porcelain Eyes – November 7. 2008
Get ready to dance! Based on the ballet with
music by Leo Delibes, this is the tale of a
despicable toy maker who tries to bring his
dolls to life. Coppelia is his greatest
creation--so lovely that a real man becomes
infatuated with her. His lady love becomes
jealous, and pretends to be the doll come to
life. Great music with lots of surprises!
